Hi. My holiday to florida on the 27th April has just been cancelled and i am going to be asking for a full refund from Virgin rather than a voucher as i will not be able to get again for at least another year. I have also got £3,500 of Disney park tickets which we purchased from American Attractions on a credit card. They have confirmed they will give me 80% of the cost of the tickets back but will keep 20% as admin. they have said they will send me the invoice so i can claim the 20% back from my credit card provider. My question is would the credit card provider pay the 20% under section 27

Does £700 admin charge for selling and then refunding some theme park tickets seem reasonable to anybody else???
was that admin charge mentioned in the small print or the terms you agreed to before you bought them?1
