Is it also the fault of Sky that in your other thread you never noticed they had apparently been overcharging you for twelve months, it would appear that others are at fault for your inattention to your financial affairs.0

Well not sure how that is relevant to this case, but after calling them, yeah Sky have retroactively re-reimbursed for the past 10 months of overcharging. I wish I hadn't bothered opening this thread, I've already said that I don't have a leg to stand on with this gadget insurance, and that I am at fault for it(it is what it is), but if one person sees this and thinks, maybe I should check my policy from last year and it saves them being out of pocket, then all the better for it.0
