Since the Pandemic of Covid-19 there are number of online stores who seem to be taken consumers money for items such as face masks, sanitiser and so on. Living Social comes to mind. On the current, now sought after items why do they not list, "out of stock". I have not seen the label "out of stock" on the items that they list as very popular at the moment. The funny thing is they list "now in stock" which I believe is a trick to get consumers to order for items they knowingly know will run out of stock because they have to fulfill orders of people who have been waiting. They give silly delivery times and they aren't fulfilled, no explanation why they aren't.

They may be expecting a delivery in that could have become delayed at point of entry?
They could be understaffed so there might be a delay in their systems updating?
I would also advise caution as to the standard of the products ordered. Even with the protective gear, proceed as if you don't have said equipment on. There are lots of desperate people and lots of unscrupulous people out there.May you find your sister soon Helli.
