Kenwood Travel Holiday Voucher

I was supposed to be on the plane to Thailand today with a holiday booked through Kenwood Travel. I contacted them 2 weeks ago about a refund to which they refused. The best they could offer me was a voucher worth the cost of the holiday or to sort it out through travel insurance (who I couldn’t get through to after numerous attempts). So I took the voucher. With everything that is going on currently and having read numerous reports about ABTA holidays entitled to full refunds can I demand this instead of my travel voucher? and as a side note, what would happen in the worst case scenario with Kenwood going under and my travel voucher being with them?

You are not going to get cash despite ABTA saying otherwise ( there is no cash in the travel industry to pay , Norwegian air cannot even pay its staff )
The vouchers are protected unless it's not an ATOL protected package , you should have a certificate from KenwoodEx forum ambassador
