Flybe refund after switching bank account.

Does anyone know if I were to switch my bank account from TSB to nationwide, if I’d still be able to claim a refund from Flybe from a TSB debit account even if the account is now closed. Is there an obligation by banks in order to allow me to claim a refund despite me no longer having the account open or still bank with the provider.
Thank you.

You can still do it. The refund will go to your old account and then moved over to the new account. Although you may not see the refund as quick as normal. Any switched accounts that we action chargebacks on, do not get the refund until we know that the retailer is not going to contest.Life in the slow lane1
