NatWest not offering all deals

I have a current NatWest fixed rate mortgage that is coming to and end, and I’ve been on the NatWest website as a new customer looking to remortgage and there are a few really good deals that I would like to fix to.
However when i go to manage my account online, and the see new deals I can sign up to, it seems I get different deals that aren’t as good!
I see in the press that NatWest have a habit of doing this with existing customers, surely I should get the same deals?
