Club Lloyds requirements and monthly saver

Hi,
I am interested in the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver and have a couple of questions to confirm my understanding of how the required current account works:
- The only requirement in keeping the Club Lloyds Current account free is the monthly pay-in?
- Two direct debits are not required to keep Club status, they only unlock interest on the Club Lloyds Current Account?

In addition to the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver, you can open a Lloyds Monthly saver. £250 pm @ 2%
