If you don't pay you lose everything you paid so far.
Pay the balance and protect it all.

Just got an e mail today to say my holiday has been cancelled,we were due to fly out on 11 th July so an early call by virgin, seems there acting on advice by gov and nothing happening until 12th July, being offered vouchers for another holiday or full refund.0

Lucky you. I was promised same, but so far all I have been offered is vouchers by Ryanair and Exoticca."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

I’ve been waiting in an easyJet refund for a few weeks now, got through online and have my details promised a refund... didn’t happen. Got various emails asking for more specific information and now they’ve exhausted that I’ve had an automated email to say that under new Italian law for April 2020 they are fulfilling their responsibilities by giving me a voucher even though they promised a refund. All Martin Lewis commentary has suggested we can refuse and wait refund.. but has the law changed ??? Is it still an option to go via the credit company? Thanks0
