Dear Mrs Bailey,

Thank you for your reply.

I was sorry to learn that you were unhappy with our offer. I must advise that this is our only offer in relation to your ticket and no refund will be issued. Alternatively we would be happy to cancel the voucher and provide a letter of cancellation to assist with a claim on your travel insurance.

In answer to your questions, I can confirm that the voucher, like your ticket, in non-refundable and if you did not use the voucher to make a booking by the expiry date of 6th April 2021, all value would be lost.

Kind Regards
Jackie Goldfinch

What, about 0.000017% based on todays figures?

Very strange thing to open with, if not a bit hysterical.

I also found that opening remark of yours in rather poor taste - especially when linked to your trip to Disney and the importance of your family (over others perhaps).

Seems you bought a non-refundable ticket and Eurostar have called your bluff.
