How annoying is it when your paying for sky HD and when you want to watch a film that is available in HD, the channel says:"there is a technical problem with this channel, please try again later", yet the normal channel works fine.
Im insensed with this, im paying for HD and thats what i expect to get.
Anyone else experienced this?
Have you complained,if so what was the outcome?
