I posted earlier on my payment for summer internship. Taking on the advice I contacted them and they refused a refund. They said I can offer my lifetime credit to someone else, but who will want it.? I have also contacted my bank for recharge and they also have refused. I am now extremely angry and frustrated as I have not cancelled the internship, they programme has and it has now left me out of pocket. I might pursue a claim in through small claims court, which may cost me but at least I’ve tried. UK student who is in despair and in search of guidance. Please help.

They won’t do anything either as null response. I have been ringing them, emailing them trying to go on chat just null response. Total frustration.
  • same happened to me, but I am in the process of the bank dispute at the moment. Who do you bank with?

So this is now your 3rd post on the same topic - irrespective of your anxiety and despair you'r not going to get a quick solution to this. Is the company UK/EU based and was it including travel or is it purely the internship with a payment made to a non-EU company ?
In terms of offering voucher it's not their concern that you're planning to start work in Sept, nor that you're now pregnant - if the European Commission agree that vouchers are an acceptable alternative to a refund then that's what you'll get :(
