I have paid by credit card a deposit on our new kitchen. If the company supplying the kitchen goes out of business due to the coronavirus before supplying and fitting the kitchen - where do I stand with regard to getting the money back from the credit card company.

You'd stand by a section 75 claim.
The same will apply if they go out of business for any other reason or fail to fulfil the contract in any other way.1 -

They're really handy rooms in which to store, prepare and cook food, every home should have one....born_again said:Value of kitchen?

Definitely more value than a conservatory. You'll use it a lot more.born_again said:Value of kitchen?
