Hi all , for a company that professes to care about the community they are sadly letting down disabled people and those who are at the highest risk of catching  Covid 19. I am supposed to stay to isolated for 4 months ,I am not to go out, that's not a problem as I have only left my home about 6 times in the last 10years. But I am unable to order almost anything on line from Superdrug,  every single thing I try to buy is 'click and collect '. How do Superdrug think people in my situation are going to manage that!!!!! I have been a customer of Superdrug for many years but I won't be any more.! Don't they realise that not everybody has family  and friends......I am thoroughly disgusted with Superdrug.

Perhaps because they are surprisingly getting overloaded with orders. The items that you want, are only is stock at local stores?Magenta said:Hi all , for a company that professes to care about the community they are sadly letting down disabled people and those who are at the highest risk of catching Covid 19. Hi Hasbeen, when you are on Superdrug website and you click on an item you want to buy ;along with a description of the product there is a message which says 'Only available by Click and Collect '. There is no mention of which store.
 Who is Stuart please?
I have just had a look at your link, thank you very much for that
I think that will be a good solution for me (via Stuart). :smileyheaMagenta0 :smileyheaMagenta0

I ordered from them last week and had the option of collection or delivery clearly shown; I chose the latter and the goods were delivered Wednesday; perhaps just a glitch in their or your system ?
 Edit:
At the point of ordering choose 'Add To Basket', don't click into the blue highlighted area that talks about click & collect and postcodes.
By adding the item to the basket you'll then automatically be on the 'delivery' field/section.
