Furlough & Holiday pay

Hello
I’m being placed on furlough but being told I must take a days holiday per week after the first two weeks
I’ve asked if I can not do this as with the holiday I’ve already taken & the holiday I have booked later in year it only leaves me 3 days holiday left to play with which may be needed for kids events etc - can they make me take the holidays as paid days? Thanks

Yes they can, they can require you to take any & all holiday at a time to suit the business. This has always been the case.
