RBS and mortgage interest rates

Despite Martin's mortgage guide stating that RBS are passing the full 0.65% interest rate reduction to customers my mortgage rate on my online account has still not changed. When I queried this they responded by saying they are aware of the base rate reduction and will announce their decision in due course.
Is it likely that they are not going to pass on the reduction to customers (which I think it appalling) or how long is it likely to be bfeore they finally make a decision. The waitng is driving me crazy!!
Many thanks.

Lenders aren't in a position to give money away. Difficult times may well lie ahead.0

You need to wait for their decision.
It doesn't mean that no news is bad news.1
