Provide misleading information about product, when called the sales person, again, giving misleading information to their customer. I felt that I have mis-sold a product.
When ask for refund or exchange, that is when I am clear that this company has no interest in customer satisfaction, but just making it hard for you to do refund or exchange.
Worst still, when evidence are clearly presented to them about damaged items, they still do not acknowlege that fact that they have mis-lead customer, and mis-sold to customer.
Now, money gone down the drain, and wasted several days on unhelpful online messaging.
DO NOT fall into the same trap.
While I am considering filing a complaint to, say, 'Trade Standard' authority. Would this be useful? or waste of time? Anyone has got any experience on what to do in this case?

Used them a few years ago with no problems.
Just putting an alternate experience out there.0 -
I have had dealings with their Customer Services & through the messaging system.
Some of my items were damaged, i sent photos and I got offered some money off if I could use the boards or a replacement. I opted for replacements and they were swapped in a week.
I'm sure if you talk to them it would be sorted0 -
