Amongst other things, they put forward best practices, and interpret exactly this type of situation to provide HR professionals with guidance as to how to apply it - what it means in practice.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Well his employer have refused to furlough him even though I rely on him and due to my sister not being able to come here in the mornings (due to her being extremely vulnerable) we are being forced to either leave me on my own which would be catastrophic or my daughter is going to have to breach the lockdown rules and come here to care for me.(with her baby)
Has anyone got any advice we just don’t know what to do
