Universal credit budgeting advance

Good afternoon, I’m due to pay off my second budgeting advance next month and wanted to apply for another right away like I did last year, is there any issues with applying for the loan at this time? I’m hoping not but I have not seen anything official, just wondering if anyone else has had any issues? Thank you again

I've been trying to get this advance but they said I can't get it for clothing/footwear, interview clothes etc.. so which advance do I need to apply for and how did you get it?
