Furloughed And Annual Leave Request

Wondering if anyone can help as we've have just received an email from our employer after being on furlough for three weeks now. 
The bit  I'm confused about is this pasted directly from email today 

"" Following your current period of furlough, we are kindly asking you consider taking one working week of your holiday entitlement from 20 April. You would benefit from this by having 100% of your weekly salary paid for this week.

After this holiday we will then review any Government updates or recommendations and reassess our business position for your division. There does still remain a possibility you would be placed on furlough following this period of annual leave ""

 They are asking us to take a week of annual holiday entitlement after our initial three week furlough period. 

I am OK to do  this without losing my three week furlough due ?
Will being paid for a weeks holiday effect my furlough claim ? 
Would it effect an universal credit claim ? 
Will they have to make a fresh furlough request ? 
Any help or advice would be welcomed.

Will they have to make a fresh furlough request ? – Yes, but would make no difference to you

Undervalued

To force you to take holiday an employer has to give notice of twice the length of the holiday they want you to take.

No doubt that is why they are "kindly asking you consider" taking leave from 20 April! However the inference is fairly clear that if you don't the next request will have the required notice but will simply be a lawful instruction!
