Vax Dual V rinse mode not working

Hi. I have a Vax dual V and washing wise it’s great. Water and soap come
out fine. As soon as I switch to rinse mode nothing happens. No water at all. I have cleaned the tanks. Cleaned the brushes. Cleaned the filter behind the brushes. Still no water on rinse mode. As my machine is over 22 months old the Vax helpline machine tells me they’re not interested. Had anyone got any ideas? Many thanks.
