Help identifying Gold Medal?

Hi, I realise this isn't the ideal place to ask, maybe someone could suggest somewhere better?
I'm trying to identify this medal I have, there's no markings on the reverse except for the hallmark, I can only make out the numbers 375 meaning it's 9 karat gold.
I've searched through Ebay's listings and Completed Items but can't find anything the same.
Any ideas what it is?

A watch fob possibly depending on size. There are several good Facebook groups for identifying antique and vintage items that might be helpful as well.

    Thanks, I'll take a look. :)
I'm just looking at the www.loveantiques.com website, obviously there's a lot of high value items for sale, interested to see how they handle sales/returns. I wonder if they have a better solution than Ebay?
