I have £20k in a nw variable ISA at 1% should I close it and move my money to a Marcus saving variable account at 1.3%

Depends if you need the tax protection of being in a cash ISA , as opposed to a 'non ISA' savings account ?
Most people do not really need to being a cash ISA nowadays as the first £1000 of interest is tax free anyway for basic rate taxpayers.
