Furloughed then unfurlough?

My employer wants to unfurlough me and then refurlough me as they are unsure what the government is doing about bank holidays in April , if I go off furlough on 24th April and resume it on the 1st May I get paid 4 days holiday at full pay, if I remain on furlough I get no bank holiday pay and the bank holiday days get added to my annual leave, does this seem right are there any risks to going off furlough and being put back on as I haven’t heard of anyone else doing this?

Yes, it is 3 weeks minimum each time but can be furloughed as many times as needed until the scheme ends.
