Vanquis - Covid payment freeze - Details

Just came across this in case it's of any use to anyone

If you’ve been affected by coronavirus you may be able to use a Vanquis payment freeze and won’t need to make your usual payments for up to three months. If you’ve missed your most recent payment because you’ve been affected by coronavirus you’ll still be able to apply for a Vanquis payment freeze.
This will be available from Tuesday 14 April. Please check back here on or after the 14 April for details on how to apply.2

This is due to the FCA introducing a package of targeted temporary measures to help people with some of the most commonly used consumer credit products. The full measures come into force on the 14th April. Full details below:
