Unable to Lock Front Composite Door - RockDoor

We bought house and moved in early September , 2019.
The opening and the closing of the front door was OK but when locking the handle it was bit stiff.
I  dont  have any papaerwork when it was installed and whether its under any warranty or guarantee.
Few days back when I tried to close the door it was sticking badly, i forced the door the close but was unable to lock.
I called one local fitter and he said the hinges are not working properly and will need new hinges fitted but can only be done when the things get better as all the shops are closed.
Here are the images of the hinges,  please can someone help me finding  them from any online store
Alsp please someone help so that I can atleast lock the front door and will use the kitchen door for the time being until its fixed properly.

Thanks in advance

You could try below. Contact them with the door serial number 314485?

And there are many U tube etc instructions online re hinge/lock adjustments?

Maybe the hinges need adjusting. Having watched a guy installing and adjusting our composite door, it takes quite a bit of work. There's a video here:

    Extremely thankful

I managed to get hold of a local garage door repair guy and requested him to come and check if he can fix,
He spent around 1.5 hours taking the hinges out lubricating the the hinges and the screws and nuts and after fideling around managed to close the door and we are now able to close and lock the door, its sticking a little bit when closing.

I will ring the rock door and will email them the photos to ask for the hinges.

I was of the view that i can get hinges as mentioned in the pictures above from ebay or any online hardware

Hope fully it will work untill the lockdown and i will try to get hold of proper double glazing door company to come and check as now when I am closing the door the gaps not uniform on the top left and the right, which indicates there is some problem either in the initial fitting of the door or alignment of the door.
In the mean time I will me extremely thankful if someone can recomennd me any good front doors that are secure ,

Also any idea about the palladium doors , are they any good and worth money?

    Thanks is advance

If the adjustment provided by the hinges isn't enough to align the door correctly, then replacement identical hinges are not going to help. Maybe the door frame is beyond any adjustment the hinges can provide.
Most composite doors, with a decent lock tumbler, are pretty solid and secure. The frame is another issue altogether and quite possibly weaker than the door. Assuming the door is secure and solid, your average burglar will go round the back and chuck a plant pot through a window, which will shatter into tiny pieces because it's toughened glass as required by current standards.
