The partnership has to trade to qualify. If it just has rental income, no matter how much work is involved, you will not qualify for SEISS.0

If your business borrows, you might look at a business interruption loan, or mortgage breaks if there are mortgages. Your self assessment tax due 31 July 2020 should be able to be deferred to 31 January 2021. I don't know whether you let residential or commercial property. Thanks again, we will look at your suggestions. Our property is commercial and the tenant pays the rates.
