Have BT shut down their Live Chat during the lock down?

In a couple weeks my BT deal will be coming to an end. As part of my deal i negotiated a HD package and a BT Sport package (or rather they offered me that as well as a price reduction at the time in order to keep me).
I couldn't care less for HD or Sport so when it comes time i don't want to be paying for it. I've been looking at contacting BT via their Live Chat (which is how i've always contacted them in the past) but i've been having trouble getting to them on it. By trouble i mean it doesn't even seem to be available. Ideally i'd be looking to move to Sky or Virgin but while there's this lockdown and uncertain times i'll be riding it out with BT.
Not sure if they've redirected it or what. Thought i'd ask here in case anyone has been successful. At the moment it looks like i'll have to get in a long queue on the phone line.

Just had a look. All i see is expensive prices for things like new smart hubs and baby monitors.I'll try and call them tomorrow then.0
