HELP, sent money to my closed account

Hopefully someone can help, I’ve just transferred some money to an account I closed 6 months ago. Will it bounce back or will be this the start of a battle with the banks to get my money back. Not sure if I’m up for a fight at the moment. Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.

Glad it got sorted for you - reuse policies seem to vary by bank with plenty of stories online where people made transfers into reused bank account numbers. Last I saw from the Financial Ombudsman Service was that banks should wait a "suitable period" before reuse.
