Morrisons Food Boxes - no delivery slot needed?

When I received mine, I heard the van reversing and opened the door to see the package on the doorstep and the delivery driver taking his photo. I waited for him to do that, then thanked him and took my parcel. I never received any emails after that and I never saw the photo. I assume my parents didn't receive any emails or photos following the delivery, but I will ask them.0

I think if the driver sees you he probably doesn't bother sending a photo, my husband went out when the Morrisons meat box was left and thanked the driver, we didn't get a photo. Of course it maybe also depends on individual drivers and the area. We do have a note on the door to just ring the bell and leave the parcel there, 3-4 adults are at home most of the time anyway.0

In my case, I opened the door and spoke to the driver on both occasions, and still got an email confirming delivery and a photo. As you say, it must vary from region to region.

Morrisons have been in touch with my parents, and offered the choice of a full refund or a new box. Can't say fairer than that. Still curious as to who appropriated the original box though.1

Morrisons has added a new Halal food box that looks genuinely useful for any cook at home curry lovers.0

They're doing a few different boxes now. I ordered a fish box yesterday which arrived today. It had 9 packs of 2 fillets, 3 packs of salmon, 2 of cod, 2 of smoked haddock, and 2 of sea bass. All wrapped in an insulated bag with 3 ice packs to keep it fresh. The packs had "3 for a tenner" stickers on them so would have cost £30 in store, so £35 including delivery isn't bad at all. https://www.morrisons.com/food-boxes/box/Fish-Box
I'm just wondering now what to do with the insulation from this box and the food box I got a few weeks ago. It too good to throw away, looks like it pure wool, and as I'm busy crafting at the moment I'm hoping I can think of something to use it for.1 -
They are now doing a gluten free box for those that need it.0

Asda have now started doing Food Boxes. Only one type available at the moment ("Cupboard Filler") but it looks like more will be added.

Not sure if wine gums are essential though1 -
Morrisons have expanded their delivery box range and now include a Vegan option, you don't need to be near a Morrisons or need a delivery slot as a courier company delivers.
