Opodo hotel booking refund

Booked flights and hotel through opodo to go to Budapest over Easter. Obviously cancelled by the virus.
Ryanair contacted me and offered refund.
Opodo email offered to try and get me Ryanair vouchers, but no mention of hotel. Have not pressed the Opodo "get me voucher" button as Ryanair are sorting the flight refund.
Hotel say Opodo need to cancel that, not me.
Cannot get in contact with opodo at all...
Any ideas?? Thanks.
