Student trying to rent with ccj

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for me or could comment on whether they would rent out a property to someone in my situation.
I am a 30 year old mature student either looking for a small studio/1 bed where I work or considering moving in with 3 other older students in the city where I go to university.

I recently paid for Experian services as I wanted to know why my credit score was so low and found out that I had a ccj against me from a parking ticket I got a year ago. Unfortunately I did not update the dvla with my new address so did not receive any letters regarding this and this was the first time I knew of it. I contacted the courts it had been issued from, paid it off in full as soon as I found out about it and it has been satisfied now.
I was just wondering the likelihood of being able to rent out either of the types of properties I am looking at and any views of landlords on here? I have no other black marks on my credit file, I have 3 credit cards which I took out as I have heard that high available credit, low utilisation can improve your score, use them sensibly and pay them off monthly and then in full each student loan instalment (believing this the best way to improve my score?) I also have a guarantor which I will likely need as I’m a student with only a part time job.

Yep fine. No-one will bat an eyelid at a (presumably) £300 satisfied CCJ.1
