This company never paid me they ripping off so many customers. I checked the company rush partners and it showed they in £3 million debt. I checked the credit report and it was very bad showing.

How are they still operating??.

Plus I don't think other businesses care if you have a struggling business mentioned on your credit report (what may seem like a struggling company could be part of a highly successful and profitable group). The focus I assume would be more on how good you are (not) at repaying loans and the total outstanding debt.
That it is a gambling company might possibly be more of a red flag than it having significant negative net worth.
May you find your sister soon Helli.
