End of Leasing Agreement (Covid 19)
My car leasing agreement is due to come to an end soon and it is unlikely that the vehicle will be collected until the current Covid restrictions are lifted. If the car is damaged after the lease has ended and before it has been collected who is responsible for the repair and how would I prove the damage had occurred after the lease ended?. This is a concern as the car will be left on the roadside.

Photograph it the day after the lease has expired from every angle with a good camera.1

You need to read your lease agreement carefully, and if necessary talk to the company. It may be your responsibility to keep the car insured until it's collected. There has been a thread on here recently discussing this.1

It's usually your responsibility to keep to safe until collection. Cheapest option is to SORN and get insurance just for storage.
You might want to ask them for some compensation for having to insure it and store it for such a long time after they should have collected it, but it's not really their fault.1 -
Whether OP will be able to SORN a leased car for which they are not the registered keeper is another matter entirely0
