Redundancy & Universal Credit

I’m currently in the process of working my notice due to redundancy which ends on the 8th June.
My redundancy payment will mean that i can’t qualify for UC but do I need to inform anyone if I haven’t found a new job by then for NI purposes?
I also believe that if I haven’t found a job 4 weeks after my leaving date I can claim back any overpaid tax I may have paid due to my redundancy payment being over the 30k tax free allowance?
Thanks
