Gladstone taking me court

I've been to court before and won. Their witness statment was Jack Chapman. 
This time round i got a call from Gladstone to settle outside of court i refused. Then i got their witness statement through the post. On this one it isnt Jack Chapman it is Alexandra Morrison. i will attach their witness statement below please could you give me some advice as their sign on the land has changed.

Interesting Witness statement of truth and not from the invisible Jack Chapman

Who is Alexandra Morrison of the same post code as UKCPM. Is she a legal or  just a worker at UKCPM ???

Ms Morrison clearly states that the fake £60 is reasonable    ????  Did she write this statement of truth and understand what she is signing ??  If she did, she would know that POFA2012 AND The Supreme Court say it's not allowable.... and the courts keep on telling Gladstones that the fake £60 is unlawful.  Is she fully aware of the new Civil Procedure that says ....

For witness statements, the statement of truth’s wording will be as follows:
I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true.  I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

As she claims she is a witness, then she should attend court to explain her definition of the truth

A lot of words in a multi page statement for such a tiny sign ????

So UKPC's Witness Statement has been written by Alexandra Morrison, and in paragraph 1 of that Witness Statement he claims to be an employee of the Claimant - UKCPM.

Anyone else find it strange that in paragraph 2 he points out that his evidence is labelled 'GSL1'?
Presumably the letters GSL  stand for Gladstones Solicitors Limited.
Why would a UK Car Park Management Ltd employee label exhibits with the initials GSL?
He seems to have forgotten for a moment who his employers are.

Also note that the Statement of Truth is not acceptable under current CPRs.

Makes you wonder which incompetent person at Gladstones allowed this witness statement ???

They have done it now, fools, best thing for them to do is discontinue before a judge really goes for them

How about getting a real job doing something useful and stop scamming people, you lot from Worthing?

Anyone fancy reporting UKCPM for the reasonable assumption and suspicion,  that employees that are (we guess) quite likely to be furloughed...are working?  Maybe this OP fancies phoning them first and asking to speak to her, next week, see if they are 'working'...? 

I was already planning to suggest we report parking firms left right and centre for this as I reckon it will be going on.  Anyone's guess if this is an issue with UKCPM but if we don't do some digging into these scum firms, who will?

Alexandra Morrison is not shown so must  be a low key worker, not important but can sign witness statements. ??

All those employed, well for the moment, just imagine so many making money from a scam..  And with so many legal administrators, why on earth are they dealing with the incompetent Gladstones ??
