Google temporary hold

I've just got a myprepaid Mastercard through my work. I made one purchase that went through fine. Tried to make another and it says 'Google temporary hold' and the payment didn't go through with the sports clothing page I was on. I have enough credit on the card so dont know why? Unable to contact anyone due to bank holiday and covid. Can anyone help?
