    Unfortunately I think that does prevent you from being entitled. If you claim in 2021 they will look at 18/19 and 19/20 but in order for the Carers Allowance relaxation to apply in respect of the 26 paid condition you will have to have been in receipt of CA at some point in the 19/20 tax year.
