I am to make an additional payment to Aqua in addition to most recent DD.
Considering rbs don't authorise debits/credits every weekend, is it best I make Aqua payment from Tues' .
Only checking if Tue's is up-to speed with fastest Aqua payment time.
Thanks

Thanks, does that note mean any payment is deferred until Tues.
Struggling to understand if rbs non weekend debits+credits are specifically with SO's and DD's.
It is possible one off debit card payments could still be made.

Think I misunderstand rbs no credits/debits each weekend as it doesn't seem to effect Debit Card payments.
Though I waited until today to make payments as required.
One of which brings my 'new rules persistent debt' across 3 cards one off debit card payments totalling 950 pounds from Jan-April. (In addition to slightly above minimum payments)
Won't know until May and possibly much later if I have managed to avoid new rules for time being.

    thanks

DD are sent to the bank before they are due, e.g. your bank will have been told last week that the DD was to come out on 13th. So it is not a case of your CC asking today/tomorrow but when your bank process the DD mandate.

    Thanks @Nick_C
my reference was to one off debit card payments to one of 3 credit cards affected by persistent debt rules.
Seems I could have some extra time as FCA have suspended those rules until October.
