Had an Airbnb booked for July. Canclled without problem had everything refunded to be within 48 hours. No problems at all. I cancelled it about 10 days ago.
  • We have a holiday booked the first week in July. The airbnb website (Extenuating circumstances policy) says you can claim a full refund if check in is before 14th July. The host is saying we can only have half cash refund or a voucher. We would prefer a cash refund so we can then book again next year if things are getting back to normal then.
