in Credit cards
Forgive me if it is within the forum, but I couldn't find the answer. I saw a post where someone mentioned it, but not anyone confirming their statement.
So, if i have already paid the deposit of a family holiday via Debit Card, and now wish to pay part on a credit card, am I afforded the protection of section 75, even though the initial purchase wasn't made with a credit card, but the middle part will be? I can confirm the total purchase will be between £100 and £30,000.
Thanks in advance

Yes. So long as it meets the other S75 criteria.
But the requirement to use S75 is very rare, as chargebacks cover most scenarios.Life in the slow lane1
