            Our neighbour let his beep for months.
 Drove us totally mad, although I'd use it to go sleep. Counting beeps instead of sheep!
 He wouldn't answer the door to us so we informed housing association. He also didn't answer the door to them. But they did eventually manage to contact him and the noise stopped.
 And just for information ours will beep forever and aday....they're run by mains electricity. And only have the battery as a back up.
 So it will beep until a new battery is out it. Whether it's a day or several months as we endured!0

 Simple enough to do when you can reach it. I can't buy thankfully have four tall males in the house.0

            My guess is that this has not just started, but been going on at least over last night maybe longer, as the upstairs have complained.So - how many sets of keys and who has them? Just two? Tenant and agent? Mad!In order of preference your options are* make contact with tenant via landline, mobile, email, whatever* make contact with agent who goes round, checks tenant is OK, and disables/fixes the alarm* travel there yourself, use your own keys to check tenant is OK, and disable/fixes the alarm* travel there yourself, obtain keys (somehow....?) and check tenant is OK, and disables/fixes the alarm* contact a local friend/aquaintance (or upstairs neighbour) + local locksmith and arrange entry that way* wait till Tuesday, sort it, then make abject apologies to upstairs neighbour. Plus write to tenant.
