Hi All, my Sky contract has now finished but has now doubled in price, due to the current crisis it is nightmare getting in touch with sky to either get a better deal or cancel my subscription. Im told not to call, and Sky are not letting me send an email to cancel my subscription, does anyone know of any way I could sort this?

Are you totally cancelling all BB and phone services .or swapping ISPs .If swapping ISPs its gaining provider led they do all the work and put in the cancel notice .Better Sky offer see thread above this .ANDhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6125832/will-i-get-new-sky-offer-once-i-leave#latest
