Could you go with Purple Bricks? They have so much poor publicity one more person screaming would make no difference. It would mean you’d have to be more “hands on” with the sale, but maybe that’s a good thing?
However, at the moment when no one can view/buy/sell you probably just need to take a deep breath and work out how to sort the mortgage until it’s all over.
Its difficult for me to be able to manage it due to my situation. Even without the current restrictions it's not ideal for me to do it as I work 12 hour day and nights shifts and would have to travel 40 minutes one way to get there. Thanks for the post but I think it would have to be a 'normal' agent who can manage it on my behalf.

My feeling is increasingly to just put it on at a low price to get it gone and just cover the debt/fees. I will keep trying to contact Halifax to explain the situation to them and see how that goes.

Why are you giving her the money towards the mortgage and not paying it direct to the lender.

Yes this was one of my thoughts but I am aware that a lot of them don't actually have cash and will offer less than I would want.

I tried this at first but it caused problems for her direct debit apparently. I'm sure this was just nonsense as its always been about control with her but I have a paper trail to prove to the lender this was the purpose of that money at her request. I'm not responsible for her mismanaging it. Had a letter today stating that again they have failed to collect the direct debit so she has clearly cancelled it.

I have a court order that states I am in full control of the sale of the property so I believe that all that would be needed is a signature and failure to do that apparently we could petition a judge quickly on her behalf if shes purposefully trying to frustrate the order. My solicitor is pretty certain that she is locked out of all aspects of the sale because its unreasonable to allow her final say given her previous behaviour and the need for an order at all. Again, this is all up for discussion though because so far the court order has just muddied things further than provide any real clarity.

Ah, sorry I either missed that part, or misunderstood what you wrote.
