Put old address on Bank account form and got a search p7

I recently applied to santander for a current account we have other products with them and put our old address my accident and they declined the account. On my credit file it has a p7 search from them with no further details. Is there anything I need to do I don't need the account now will it effect my report any way?

One isolated credit application 'hard' search will not have a negative impact upon your three credit files, (when viewed by lenders).I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
