then if i get universal i can use that and apply for housing b if need be i think?

Housing benefit no longer exists. It's now paid as part of UC and called housing element. As you're living with your father you won't be able to claim for any housing element.
  • Is there a way to cancel the UC claim, it says its being processed and ive verified my details online. i know there's prob a massive que. I only put it through on wednesday night,   I just feel like it maybe better and more straightforward to do the changes with my boyfriends details and give my dad the difference in money that will be deducted from me being there and if anything i can claim UC at a later date
