Nat West Bank

Hello 
I hope someone can help , I have entered a IVA for my personal debts and business debts !! All this was attached to Barclays Bank which i hold a business and personal accounts . I opened A Nat West Bank account on the understanding I couldn’t use my barclays account. 

I have opened a basic business account and personal account, I have money put in my new business account via bacs from agency’s I works for !, I then transfer moneys from there to my personal account as living expenses dictate . I have since learned NatWest have decided to put a block on my personal account with out warning . I have my benefits paid into that account as I am disabled (pip) ,my wife and two adult children are disabled too . The country is in lock down - I lost my nod 3 weeks back ?? I have no access to moneys in my NatWest account ?? , we are classed as at risk as a family !! And I can’t even by food from today ?? I rang Nat West ?? And the can’t do anything till Tuesday ?? I have been I contact with my Iva company ( Debt advisor)and they in turn will be in contact with them on Tuesday ?? I have no money to by food let alone medication . We are given assurances support is in place for family’s at risk ??in this national emergency?? -I need help can someone help please ??

There's not a lot any of us can do, you might be able to open a new account with another bank, but could you fund it ? even if the account was opened today the card wouldn't arrive till mid next week. I think you need to do your best to cope until Tuesday

Branches not open tomorrow?

I expect the branch staff have very little say on accounts being blocked or closed, if neither the debt advisor or Natwest call centre advised a trip to the branch as an option I would hold out till Tuesday if you can(you'll like be queing for quite sometime, maybe catching covid or a cold in process, and abig risk kf being told no can do until a particular dept opens on Tuesday)
