title plan - understanding

Hi,
I am buying a house that is a row of terraced houses with an access pathway across the back (dotted line on title plan)
Looking at the title plan, it appears that part of the path that crosses the back of my house is classed as my land - is my thinking right?

    It looks as if it will be your land, but the owners of the other terraces probably have a right of way over it.

    yes that's right. I'm putting a big shed in that would take up more than 50% of my yard (only if the access path didn't belong to me), however as it's my land i am ok under permitted development

    Yes. Your garden extends back to he 2nd of the two solid lines. The dotted line croses your garden just behind the 1st solid line(which I imagine is the house), so the ROW is at the near end of your garden.
    It would help if you quoted the exact wording the the Title document relating to this ROW.
