Have loans been stopped for the self-employed due to Corona?

Help! My bank has been falling over themselves to offer me a loan for years and years. At last, I need a five-figure loan with an excellent credit rating and they have all turned me down. My credit rating is still excellent, I've just checked. Have they frozen all loans for the self-employed? Thanks.

Not to my knowledge, but the FCA is getting a bit fed up with them not doing what they are supposed to do, and there may be pressure applied.1
