I've booked and was due to go away on the 13th April at Billing aquadrome for 5 nights. Currently only being offered other dates which due to being separated is a problem and I've asked for a refund which they are refusing to give. Any help would be most appreciated.

As yet to try this personally as my holiday isn’t until July, however read on a previous post about Uk Holiday Action group being supported by theconsumerlawyer.blogandyh75 said:I've booked and was due to go away on the 13th April at Billing aquadrome for 5 nights. they are fighting for uk refunds free of charge. Worth a look maybe.

We were due to go away for a week at Easter to a cottage rented through Sykes. They cancelled following government guidelines & have asked their property owners to refund their amount but Sykes are refusing to refund their charges(£200), instead giving a credit voucher to be used within 24 months. My husband is 85 & we don’t know when he will be able to travel again or even if he will be up for it. I have consequently asked for a full refund & given my reasons but they have refused!0

I think if you scroll through this Board a few pages you will see one or more threads which are specific to Sykes. You may wish to read through those to see how others in the same or similar situations are dealing with the matter.1 -
I've booked my UK holiday through hoseasons to a holiday park which are now closed. The park is refunding but if you've booked through hoseasons they will only let you rebook which I'm unable to do does that mean loosing all my money.0

You are entitled to a full cash refund, there can be fees taken off but these have to be in their T&Cs and fair.nlhicks said:I've booked my UK holiday through hoseasons to a holiday park which are now closed.
