I parked outside a gym in 9/3/16 this was first time i had been to the gym as was getting membership for my husband Parking was not really clear and it was a in a industrial area - I have not had any correspondence then 19th Feb 2020 had a letter from Dcb legal saying that OBSservices were demanding £160
I have now had court letters - i have sent them a response that i will send a defence within 28 days but i am not sure looking at your posts now asking for £280
I have done a sar to the parking company
Please can someone help with a link on which defence i need to use i do want to fight this have spent a few hours reading advice any help would be much appreciated
